Most of our products are custom-made, personalized, or printed according to customer specifications. Due to the nature of these products, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

• Sketch artwork
• Digital designs
• Business cards
• Flyers and brochures
• Banners and posters
• Branding materials
• Any item created according to customer-provided requirements

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, you may request a replacement or refund.

To qualify:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Provide clear photos showing the issue.
• Include your order number and details of the problem.

After review, we may offer:

• A free replacement
• A partial refund
• A full refund (where applicable)

3. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

We are not responsible for errors caused by information provided by customers, including:

• Spelling mistakes
• Incorrect names or addresses
• Low-quality uploaded images
• Incorrect design specifications
• Wrong sizing information

Please carefully review all proofs and order details before approving production.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

• If production has not started, a full refund may be issued.
• If design work has already begun, a design fee may be deducted.
• Once printing or production starts, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

5. Digital Products and Design Services

Due to the instant and downloadable nature of digital products and design services:

• Digital files are non-refundable.
• Completed design services are non-refundable.
• Refunds are only considered if the service cannot be delivered due to our error.

6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier services
• Weather conditions
• Customs procedures
• Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

However, we will assist customers in resolving shipping-related concerns whenever possible.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banks.
• Approved refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days.
